Gavin Dwyer is a Partner with Pratt Law, whose practice focuses on contract disputes, construction litigation, real estate litigation, and community association law. He represents individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation and transactional matters, providing practical, strategic counsel tailored to each client’s objectives.

Gavin earned his Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law in 2023. During law school, Gavin was one of three students selected for publication in the 2023 Belmont Entertainment Law Journal, reflecting his strong legal research and writing abilities.

Licensed to practice in the State of Tennessee and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Gavin has spent his time during private practice representing clients in a broad range of civil disputes and transactions. He is committed to providing thoughtful advocacy, clear communication, and effective legal representation from the earliest stages of a dispute through resolution, whether by negotiation or litigation.
